Christin Spigai is the new Managing Director-Chief Human Resources Officer at Synechron.
Christin will oversee the company’s global people strategy, strengthen the Synechron culture, and enhance employee experience. As part of her role, she will build strategies to attract and retain top talent, improve retention, modernize total rewards programs, and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the company.
A short brief about her – Christin brings 20+ years of experience across various industries, including fintech, professional services, technology, and market research. Previously, she was the Executive Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services at Broadridge, where she built both the global Talent Acquisition and the global HR Operations teams. She was responsible for policy creation and standardization of all global practices. During her tenure, she significantly expanded the firm’s diversity hiring and enhanced its social media presence. Additionally, she also led the benefits team and on-site wellness clinics.
Prior to this, Christin was an HR Business Partner for several years, counselling leaders and employees. Christin received her Master of Science degree in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
